Am listening to some Pop music these days, of the 1940s and 50s. The lyrics are simple and the music quite nice to the ear.
These are some that I liked:
- This one is from Mills brothers called "You always hurt the one you love".
- There is a catchy number from Nancy Sinatra, quite sassy 'These Boots Are Made for Walkin'. The video is fun to watch too! :) (This one turns out to be from the 60s)
-This one will keep you nodding your head rhythmically to "Rum and Coca-cola" from the Andres sisters.
- "Just walkin in the rain" from Johnnie Ray is so wonderfully worded and performed in this one! Loved it.
